- How it works
- Users purchase access/credits/subscription (as displayed on the Pricing page) and can generate content through their account.
- Delivery
- The Service is delivered digitally via the website and the user's account. Access is granted immediately after successful payment (or within 24 hours in rare cases due to verification/technical reasons).
- User responsibilities
- The user provides accurate billing/contact details and uses the Service lawfully. The user is solely responsible for prompts and generated outputs.
- Prohibited content
- The user must not generate illegal content, hateful/violent sexual content, content involving minors, malware/scams, or infringing content.
- AI output disclaimer
- AI-generated results may be imperfect. The Provider does not guarantee any specific outcome/quality.
- Payments
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The Provider does not store full card details.
- Account
- The user must keep login details secure. The Provider may suspend accounts for abuse or policy violations.
- Intellectual property
- The platform and its software belong to the Provider/partners. Generated outputs belong to the user to the extent permitted by law, except where third-party model terms apply.
